Membership

Getting Started
We will get you on the right track with a nutrition and fitness assessment. DAC uses Visual Fitness Planner,™ revolutionary, 3D-imaging technology that shows the exact results you can achieve through specific nutrition and training. We will follow up with fitness orientation and nutrition counseling.
Other Membership Perks
Access to all club features, including pools, racquetball courts, and tennis courts.
Participation in specialty classes (excluding GRAVITYGroup® training).
Total admission to both DAC facilities.
Free daily use of lockers with long-term option to rent.
Free guest admission for out-of-town guests (with proper ID).
Kidz Klub and nursery.
Month-to-month membership option.
Individual
An individual membership is available to anyone over 18 years old.
Couple
The couple membership is offered to those in a two-person household.
Family
The family membership is open to married couples and their dependent children under the age of 23.
Senior
Anyone 55 years or older is eligible for a senior membership*. Seniors may also choose a senior couple package*.

Student
Those attending high school or college may obtain a student membership with valid student ID and a one-year contract.*

Corporate Wellness
